CHETTINAD CHICKEN MASALA

RECIPE: Fry 2 finely chopped big onion, 2 green chilli, curry leaves in edible oil till golden brown in a cooker. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves and ½kg cleaned tender chicken pieces, pinch of turmeric powder, 25g Sakthi Chettinad Chicken Masala and salt to taste. Saute the contents with little coconut paste and water till 3 whistle. Leave the contents till semi gravy. Now Hot and Tasty Chettinad Chicken Gravy is ready.

COUNTRY CHICKEN GRAVY MASALA

RECIPE: Fry 1 Red Chilli piece, Curry leaves in Gingelly oil in a cooker. Add ½ kg chopped tender country chicken pieces, chopped coriander leaves, 25g Sakthi Country Chicken Gravy Masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Saute the contents with paste made of 1 cup of golden brown small onion & coconut with required water till 3 whistle. Now Tasty Country Chicken Gravy is ready to serve.

MUTTON CHUKKA MASALA

RECIPE: Fry two big chopped onion in oil till golden brown in a cooker. Add ½ kg chopped mutton pieces, 20g Sakthi Mutton Chukka Masala, little water, salt to taste and cook until three whistle, Fry two chopped green chillies, curry leaves in kadai with oil and add contents from the cooker and fry in high flame for a few minutes till semi dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and down the vessel. Hot and Tasty Sakthi Mutton Chukka is ready to serve

CHICKEN PALLIPALAYAM MASALA

RECIPE: Fry 1 cup chopped small onion, 2 red chilli pieces, sliced coconut pieces in gingelly oil till golden brown in a kadai. Add ½ kg chopped tender chicken pieces, 20g Sakthi Chicken Pallipalayam Masala, required water, salt to taste and cook in medium flame till semi dry. Now Tasty Chicken Pallipalayam is ready to serve.

PEPPER CHICKEN MASALA

RECIPE: Pepper Chicken Fry : Fry two big chopped onion in oil till golden brown in a cooker. Add ½ kg chopped chicken pieces, 20g Sakthi Pepper Chicken Masala, little water, salt to taste and cook until two whistle. Fry two chopped green chillies, curry leaves in kadai and add the contents of the cooker and fry in high flame for a few minutes till semi dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and down the vessel. Now Hot and Tasty Pepper Chicken Fry is ready.

TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA

RECIPE: Tandoori Kebab: Cut a dressed Chicken of about 1 kg. (use live chicken of not more than 1¼ kg only) into 4 pieces. Make several deep parallel cuts in the pieces. Marinate the pieces in the mixture of 1½ cup curd, 25 g. Sakthi Tandoori Chicken Masala, 2tbsp. lemon juice and salt to taste for 2 hours. Keep the marinated chicken pieces on a pre heated (180°C) grill and cook for 25-30 minutes or in a moderately hot tandoor oven for 12-15 minutes until the chicken are cooked light brown. Paste the chicken pieces with ghee or edible oil and cook for further 2-3 minutes. Keep the pieces in a serving tray. Squeeze a lemon and sprinkle Sakthi Chat Masala over the pieces. Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and green chutney.

BITTER GOURD THOKKU

RECIPE: Cook the required quantity of rice in the usual method. Add required quantity of Sakthi Bitter Gourd Thokku to the cooked rice and mix well by using clean and dry spoon. Now the tasty Bitter Gourd Thokku rice is ready to serve.

BRIYANI PASTE

RECIPE: Fry 3 Finely chopped big onion, 2 Green chillies in Edible Oil till golden brown in a cooker. Add 1 Chopped Tomato, Coriander Leaves, Mint and 500gm cleaned Vegetables, 100g Sakthi Biriyani paste and Salt to taste. Saute the contents with 500gm Biriyani rice, and add 1 Lit water till 3 whistle. Now, hot and tasty Sakthi Biriyani is ready. Serve with Onion Raidha.
